Trius Therapeutics

Trius successfully developed an MRSA therapeutic (Sivextro). After an IPO in 2010, Trius was acquired by Cubist (now Merck) at the valuation over $800mm. Invested in Series A and B rounds. Served as a founding board member and subsequently an advisor to the CEO.

N Spine

N Spine developed and marketed a spinal surgery implant.  The company was successfully acquired by Synthes (now Johnson and Johnson).  Invested in Series B and C rounds.

Strategic Advisory

Multinational pharmaceutical company

Managed a strategic business development project that identified and analyzed potential M&A targets in Europe.  The project resulted in a strategic alliance in one of key therapeutic fields of the client.
